“For over 20 years, I have been a part of this beautiful and growing Muslim community. I have grown alongside it, shared in its joys and challenges, and built lifelong connections with so many of you. This community is my home, and it has shaped me into the person I am today.
With a background in leadership, I want to use my skills and experience to serve you all in a meaningful way. My commitment is to strengthen and uplift our women, ensuring they have the support and resources to thrive. I am deeply passionate about empowering our young girls, helping them build confidence and recognize their potential as future leaders.
I am here for the community and always available to support, and listen. My goal is to contribute to the continued growth and success of our community, working together to build a stronger, more connected future.
“I have an honor to be party of Bowling Green Islamic Center since March of 2007. I am General Manager for a Hilton Hotel and has been in this position at different Hotels managing budget, Revenues, and staff of over 300 staff members and 35 Managers at time. I am thankful to Allah for his blessing on our community with a beautiful mosque and event center here in Bowling Green with great diverse community.
As Board member I believe to live our faith as a peaceful united congregation, inspired by the teachings of Islam. We strive to be the anchor of a model Muslim community, governed democratically, with emphasis on shared values like tolerance, mutual respect, fellowship, and collaboration. Dedicated in service to Allah and humanity, we aim to foster unity, promote positive social change, and provide a welcoming environment for all. My mission is to keep the community united and involved in to all the activities of Islamic center Bowling Green. I am representation not one ethic group but entire Muslim community of our Islamic Center Bowling Green. As leader it is my responsibility to lead by example and make my hands dirty before requesting any members.”
